About this course
Claude has grown from a chat assistant into a full work platform. This course, updated for September 2026, takes you from solid prompting to expert workflows: choosing between Haiku, Sonnet, Opus and Fable models, analysing long documents and images with verification, organising work in Projects, creating Artifacts including Claude Docs, Slides and Design, personalising with styles and memory, and delegating multi-step and scheduled tasks across Chrome, Excel, PowerPoint and Slack.
You will package your expertise as Skills, connect Claude to your tools with connectors and the Model Context Protocol, and see how Claude Code works in a real codebase. Two hands-on integration lessons show working Python for the Claude API: structured outputs, a lead-triage webhook into Slack, tool use with your CRM and the MCP connector. The final module covers safety, privacy settings, and Team and Enterprise administration and rollout. Every lesson includes a narrated lecture, copy-paste prompts or code, a worked example and a hands-on activity.
