About this course

AI makes content faster and cheaper to produce, and it also makes it easier to mislead, infringe and harm by accident. For creators, marketers and agencies, responsible AI use is now a core professional skill and a real commercial advantage.

This course covers the issues you will actually face in 2026. You will learn how bias enters AI outputs and how to audit campaigns; how to verify media and respond when you are deepfaked; what is and is not settled on copyright and training data; and how to get likeness and voice consent that holds up.

You will label AI content with YouTube, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn tools, meet FTC, ASA/CAP, UAE Media Council and Saudi Mawthooq disclosure and licensing rules, apply the EU AI Act's Article 50 transparency duties that apply from 2 August 2026, and check C2PA Content Credentials with real tools. Finally, you will apply data protection principles to AI tools and build an AI usage policy and public summary you can share with clients.

What you will learn

  • Audit AI images, copy and ranking tools for bias and fix prompts and processes
  • Verify media before sharing and run a same-day response when you or a client is deepfaked
  • Apply copyright, likeness and voice-consent safeguards to AI-assisted creative work
  • Label AI content correctly with native platform tools and standard wording
  • Meet FTC, ASA/CAP, UAE Advertiser Permit and Saudi Mawthooq disclosure and licensing duties
  • Screen EU-facing assets and chatbots against EU AI Act Article 50 duties from 2 August 2026
  • Inspect and preserve C2PA Content Credentials using c2patool or Python
  • Apply data protection principles to AI tools and build an AI usage policy
