About this course

Most AI output is generic because most prompts are vague and most assistants are missing context. This intermediate course teaches creators, marketers and sales professionals to write prompts that work like professional briefs, and to turn the best into a reusable team system.

You'll master a six-part prompt structure, examples and output formats, targeted refinement and techniques for sharper thinking, then build a context pack (voice guide, offer sheet, approved claims, customer language) in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Notion AI. You'll use templates for hooks, captions, scripts and long-form chains, and sales prompts for prospect research, outreach, call prep, follow-ups, proposals and objection handling, all with guardrails against invented claims and fake urgency. Finally, you'll evaluate with the CLEAR rubric, escape generic AI style, and build a shared prompt library with saved assistants and safe automations. Every lesson includes copy-paste prompts with before-and-after results and a detailed video lecture.

What you will learn

  • Write structured prompts using role, context, task, constraints, examples and output format
  • Refine drafts with targeted feedback and use reasoning, perspectives and chains for better thinking
  • Build a context pack in a project, GPT, Gem or notebook so outputs use approved facts and voice
  • Use content templates and long-form prompt chains for posts, newsletters, case studies and landing pages
  • Research prospects and write relevant outreach, call prep, follow-ups, proposals and objection responses
  • Evaluate and fact-check outputs with the CLEAR rubric and a reviewer setup before publishing or sending
  • Build a versioned team prompt library with saved assistants and draft-only automations

Before you start

Course content

The anatomy of a great prompt

A six-part structure that turns vague requests into precise briefs, how to store the stable parts in projects, and how examples and output formats shape results.

Refinement, better thinking and context

Improve outputs with targeted feedback, use techniques and reasoning modes for sharper thinking, and build a reusable context pack in projects, GPTs, Gems or notebooks.

Content templates and long-form chains

Ready-to-adapt templates for hooks, captions, scripts, repurposing and calendars, saved as shared tools, plus a five-step chain for articles, newsletters, case studies and landing pages.

Prompts for sales: outreach, calls, follow-ups and proposals

Research prospects and write relevant outreach, prepare and rehearse discovery calls, use guarded templates for follow-ups and ads, and build proposals and an objection library.

Brand voice, evaluation and originality

Build an AI-ready brand voice guide, evaluate and fact-check with the CLEAR rubric and a reviewer project, and escape generic AI style with raw material only you have.

Your prompt system: library, saved assistants and automation

Turn your prompts into a shared, versioned library, package the best as saved assistants, and add safe automations that draft for review.

Certificate: Certified AI Prompt Specialist

The holder writes structured, context-rich prompts, builds context packs and brand voice guides, uses templates and prompt chains for content and sales (outreach, call prep, follow-ups and proposals), evaluates and fact-checks outputs with guardrails against invented claims, and maintains a shared prompt library with safe automations.
