About this course
A comprehensive course for current and aspiring project leaders. You will set up project governance, decision rights and tolerances, navigate the current standards (PMBOK Guide 8th edition, PRINCE2 7, ISO 21502, the Scrum Guide), choose predictive, agile or hybrid lifecycles, build business cases with measurable benefits, and plan scope, estimates, schedules, budgets, resources and procurement. You will lead execution with a clear cadence and RAID log, forecast with EVM, burnups and throughput, manage risk and quality, apply Scrum, Kanban and flow metrics, and integrate agile and predictive work. Every lesson has a narrated lecture with worked examples and a walkthrough, plus templates, Excel formulas, Python snippets and prompt templates, including an AI-assisted status reporting lab using Jira or Asana data.
