About this course
A practical, step-by-step course for aspiring and early-stage founders, side-project builders and intrapreneurs, updated for the AI era. You will turn ideas into testable opportunities, run customer discovery interviews that reveal the truth, and validate quickly with landing pages, concierge pilots and no-code or AI-built prototypes. You will map your business on the Business Model Canvas, sharpen positioning, choose a revenue model (including credits, usage and outcome-based pricing for AI products) and calculate unit economics with model usage treated as cost of goods sold. The course then covers pricing tests, beachhead markets, compliant channels and AI-assisted outreach, cohort retention, driver-based financial models, cash and runway, fundraising and dilution, legal structure, IP and data protection, and AI-assisted operations. Examples come from Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the US. Legal and tax content is general information, not advice.
