This course, updated for September 2026, takes you from solid prompting to expert workflows: choosing between Haiku, Sonnet, Opus and Fable models, analysing long documents and images with verification, organising work in **Projects**, creating **Artifacts** including Claude Docs, Slides and Design, personalising with styles and memory, and delegating multi-step and scheduled tasks across Chrome, Excel, PowerPoint and Slack.
